This is a mod created by 7serafim7 from the world of skins website. they gave me permission to post it here also. its one of my favorite panel damage HUD. here aree the comments from that site.

Installation : The files DamagePanel.swf and TL.txt put in the game folder World_of_Tanks \ res_mods \ 0.7.3 \ gui \ flash

Settings (made in the file TL.txt) LogStyle - 0 to display the damage log in the x, 1 -% 2 - x, and%

BgAlpha - transparency of the panel, any value from 0 to 100, 100 - as in the game by default, 0 - fully transparent

PNameFontColor - font color, display the name of the player

PNameFontSize - display the name of the font size of the player

VNameFontColor - font color display tank Player

VNameFontSize - the font size display tank Player

HealthFontColor - font color in the strip CP

HealthFontSize - font size in the HP bar

SpeedFontColor - font color of the speed of the tank

SpeedFontSize - the font size of the speed of the tank
