Clean SPG (for lack of a better or official name) contains a reload timer and directly under that is a number that displays your total reload time which will update in the event that you receive ammo rack damage or lose a loader.
As of 7.2 the bottom left timer no longer displays shell time to target.
Installation:
Move the 'gui' folder into your most recent res_mods\version# folder
-OR-
Install files manually to res_mods\version#\gui\flash
